The Beautiful Body Project by Jade Beall

These images entrance me. The beautiful women who posed for this series take my breath away. In their untouched bodies you see scars, stretch marks, tattoos, rolls, and life.

We are all different sizes. We are all different shapes. We are all unique.

Our definition of beauty is rapidly becoming impenetrable. We need to reclaim our definition of beauty and make it something real. Beauty should look like love and strength.

A mother’s body is formed from deep love and sacrifice. It is a body created by living life and  by giving life. I think all of these bodies are breathtakingly beautiful. This beauty refreshes me.

“I have come to drag you out of yourself, and take you in my heart. I have come to bring out the beauty you never knew you had and lift you out like a prayer to the sky.”

“I want to sing like the birds sing, not worrying about who hears or what they think.”

Lupita

“Do not feel lonely, the entire universe is inside you.”

Kendra “Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.”

Jenny

“Let yourself be drawn by the stronger pull of that which you truly love.”

“Beauty surrounds us.”

GabriellaDance2“You were born with potential.
You were born with goodness and trust. You were born with ideals and dreams. You were born with greatness.
You were born with wings.
You are not meant for crawling, so don’t.
You have wings.
Learn to use them and fly.”

Esther

“When I am silent, I have thunder hidden inside.”
